Cancellations must be made 1 week prior to

the reservation date over Thanksgiving,

Christmas and Spring Break or you may be

charged for the entire stay reserved if we are

unable to find a replacement.

Monthly Discount
Long term boarders will receive 10% discount and a complimentary bath and brush at the end of the stay. The first month's payment is required at check-in time.

Payment
We gladly accept checks, Visa and Mastercard,

and offer a 5% discount for cash on invoices

totalling $100 or more.
